Highbridge Glen Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit.
