Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Silverline Vale Water Authority is a public water utility serving the San Diego area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
