Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Amberfield Lantern Construction Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
