Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Lumen Fern Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Denver. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
