Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (remote)

Nova Forge Energy Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
