Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Fern Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Providence, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for meter readings. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
