Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Providence, RI)

Westbrook Thistle Pharma develops and makes medicines in Providence, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 921 people based in Providence. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
