Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Portland, OR)

Nova Ivory Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Portland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
