Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Portland, OR)

Nova Pike Construction Group is a Portland contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
