Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Portland, OR)

Fernwood Cross Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Portland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
