Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Portland, OR)

Summit Sparrow Care Services supports families and individuals in Portland with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
