Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ashton Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
