Stonegate Lantern Construction Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
