Northwind Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 322 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit.
