Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ivory Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
