Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Maple Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
