Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Mill Civic Services supports public agencies in Philadelphia with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
