Nova Amber Insurance Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit.
