Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Glen Care Services supports families and individuals in Omaha with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
