Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Meridian Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
