Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Lantern Construction Associates builds commercial and industrial projects around Omaha, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
