Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Mill Health runs clinics and patient services around Omaha, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 358 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
