Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Meadow Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Omaha, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
