Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Iron Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Omaha, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
