Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Linden Health provides primary and specialty care in Omaha, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
