Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Omaha, NE)

Nova Loom Pharma is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
