Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Omaha, NE)

Nova Loom Pharma is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
