Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Thistle Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
