Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Oakland, CA)

Greenridge Cobalt Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 481 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
