Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Oakland, CA)

Bright Fern Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Oakland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
