Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove West Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Oakland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
