Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Amber Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
