Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Oakland, CA)

Greenridge Quarry Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Oakland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 495 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
