What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
