Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Sparrow Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
