Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Orchard Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
