Nova Glen Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
