Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Oakland, CA)

Bluepeak Lantern Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Oakland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
