Redstone Drift Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
