Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
