Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Harbor Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
