Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Drift Civic Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
