Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fox Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
