Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Ivory Civic Services works with county and city offices around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
