Lumen Juniper Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on regulatory reporting for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
