Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Collective and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 9 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
