Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Clearpath Yarrow Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
