Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Silverline Beacon Medical is a Minneapolis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
