Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Quarry Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
