Compliance Analyst - regulatory reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Clear Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Minneapolis design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on regulatory reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
